Babies can eat pancakes

Of course babies can have pancakes 

As long as they are happy with finger food and you don't add the sugar and salt.

This pancake recipe is the perfect finger food to give your weaning baby. Serve with a dip such as our Apple, Prune and Cinnamon Puree for a great baby led weaning snack!

Cook time: 10 minutes
Makes: 3 Adult portions

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 egg

Method

  1. Whisk together to make the batter.
  2. Heat a pan and add some oil and some salt-free butter.
  3. Add the batter one spoon at a time and cook for about 2 minutes or until they are brown.

Weaning and Storage
6 months+ - Introduce as a finger food for baby to pick up and self feed. Dip into our Apple, Prune and Cinnamon Puree to increase variety.
