Portions: 12 x Bites

200g desiccated coconut
130ml melted coconut oil
3 tbsp of maple syrup

Topping:

Dark chocolate, melted

  1. Add the ingredients to your food processor and blend for a few minutes. Aim for a creamy texture rather than simply mixing.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Place the baking tray into the freezer for about half an hour to set.
  4. To serve, remove from the freezer. Allow the bites to come to room temperature before offering to child.
