Cucumber Yogurt Dip

Dips make every finger food taste delicious! When offering your baby a snack, it's a great idea to incorporate a dip to add variety of texture and flavour. This is a super easy dip that your baby will be sure to love.

Offer with sticks of vegetables or muffins, and store in our weaning portion pots


Makes: 200ml


Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber  
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
400g (1 ½ cups) Greek or natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
½ tsp of ground black pepper

Method:

  1. To prepare the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, and then use a small spoon to scrape the seeds out. Next, shred the cucumber using a grater. 
  2. Squeeze out as much liquid as you can from the grated cucumber. Use a dish towel to wring out again. 
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients and serve.
