Its not always easy to get fresh corn however frozen also works. You can also get fresh corn that is already boiled and in an airtight wrap which will only take 3 minutes to prepare. When your baby is able to manage more texture keep the husk on and allow baby to self-feed

Method
- If using fresh corn remove the husk and the silky treads. Cut in half or quarters depending on the size of the cob.
- Steam or boil the corn on the cob until the kernels are bright yellow and tender for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the kernels from the cob and offer as a food teether to your baby.
