200g desiccated coconut130ml melted coconut oil
3 tbsp of maple syrup

Topping:
Dark chocolate, melted
- Add the ingredients toĀ your food processor and blend for a few minutes. Aim for a creamy texture rather than simply mixing.Ā
- Roll the mixture into balls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Place the baking tray into the freezer for about half an hour to set.Ā
