Makes: 4 portions
Ingredients
400g tin chickpeas
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch onion powder
Pinch ground coriander
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Drain, rinse and pat the chickpeas dry.

Place them on the tray and roast in the oven for 40 minutes, or until dried out.

Meanwhile, combine all the spices and seasonings in a bowl.

Remove the chickpeas from the oven. Toss in your mix and drizzle with the oil.

Roast for a further 5-10 minutes until they become crispy.

Eat immediately, or store in an airtight portion pot for up to one week.
