Swede is a great food to introduce to your little ones early on for a few reasons. Here in Ireland, it's usually locally grown, so it is more nutrient dense and beneficial for your baby. Also, swede’s slightly bitter taste is ideal to introduce at a young age so they become comfortable and encouraged to try bitter tastes later on. The combination with apple makes this a meal your little one will love.
