This year is just flying by and Autumn is one of my favourite seasons, so I'm especially excited for this month's seasonal produce. š„

1. Potato š„

An excellent source of vitaminsĀ A and C, potassium, folic acid, and fibre.Ā My Chicken Fajitas are a great way to include peppers in your family's diet.

5. Parsnip š±
