Store your overnight oats in our 6oz/180ml portion pot. They will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days or alternatively you can freeze for future use.Ā
Makes: 4 x 180ml/6oz portions
Ingredients:
1 medium apple, stewed or shredded
1 tsp ground cinnamon
50g porridge oats
50ml full-fat milk

Method:
- Stew or grate your apple and add in the cinnamon.
- Layer each pot with oats, then the apple mix of choice followed by oats.
- Repeat the layers until you have filled your pots. Add in your milk.
- Refrigerate overnight. Serve in the morning adding more milk to loosen up the mixture.Ā
