Rhubarb: Low in sugar, yet packed with essential nutrients such as vitamins K and C, calcium and potassium. Rhubarb is also an excellent source of dietary fiber supporting digestive health.

Asparagus šŸŒæ: Nutrient-Rich containing vitamins A, C, E, and K, as well as folate, potassium, and fiber. Asparagus also has antioxidant properties.


My Asparagus and Apple Puree is the perfect baby food for your little one. Babies are born with a sweet tooth so by combining sweet with savoury your baby is more likely to accept new tastes like asparagus.



BroccolišŸ„¦: Broccoli is densely packed with nutrients, including vitamins C, K, and A, folate, potassium, and fiber. Broccoli is great for supporting immune function, bone health, vision, and overall well-being.

MushroomsšŸ„: Contain vitamins D and B, selenium, copper and potassium.Ā  metabolism, red blood cell production, and nervous system function.
