Granola is such a lovely breakfast idea that I always keep in my cupboard and it's also a nutritious lunch box addition. With crunchy seeds, cinnamon and honey or maple syrup for sweetness, my delicious nut-free granola is super healthy and simple to make. Many schools have put a ban on nuts altogether, which is why my nut-free version is the perfect lunchtime snack for children. Pumpkin and sunflower seeds are loaded with nutrients and are a great source of protein giving a mild nutty taste. The toasted oats are full of fibre. If your child isn't a fan of yoghurt on it's own, a top tip is to add this sweet mixture to it and they will love the added crunchy texture. Pack it in your lunch set as a healthy treat for school.
