This mixed berry nice cream resembles soft serve ice cream that isn't packed full of sugar. It is the perfect healthy treat for your weaning baby and older kids. Get your little ones to help make this as it can be great fun!

Makes:Â 3 Adult portions
Ingredients
600g of frozen mixed berries
400g natural full fat yoghurt
4 tbsp maple syrup (leave out for babies under 12 months)
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste to see if the mixture is sweet enough to your liking, adding more maple syrup if needed or another spoonful of yoghurt if too sweet.
- If the mixture is to your liking, serve immediately. If not, place in your freezer for 25-35 minutes before serving.
Weaning and Storage
6 months+ - Freeze into small moulds and introduce as a finger food for baby to pick up and self feed.
