Watermelon & Kiwi Ice Pops

The perfect, healthy treat on a summer's day! Cool down with these delicious Watermelon and Kiwi Ice Pops that are packed full of Vitamin C and only require two ingredients! So simple and perfect as a healthy treat for the family. To adapt for a weaning baby, simply leave out the honey and blend the kiwi.

Makes:ย 2ย ice pops

Ingredients
150g Watermelon, seeds removed
2 Kiwi's, sliced (blend if serving to a baby)
1 tsp honey (omit for baby)

Method
  1. Place the watermelon and honey (if using) in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place the sliced kiwi into the mould and pour in your watermelon mixture.
  3. Place in the freezer until set and enjoy!
