Homemade Mini Pizzas

Mini pizza
These healthy homemade mini pizzas are perfect for your weaning baby as a finger food or for your children's school lunches.

Sometimes it's all about the perception with kids - these mini pizzas are simply a different way of presenting a lunch time wrap that they may have grown sick of.
So go on, make your own and become a lunch-box hero with your little ones!

Cook time:Ā 10-15 minutes
Makes:Ā 4 child portions

Ingredients:
3 tortilla wraps
225g tomato sauce
125g grated cheese
90gĀ sweet corn
6 slices chorizo sausage

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200Ā°C.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to cut the tortillas into circles and place in a cupcake tin. Take care not to press them down to hard so that it is easy to get them back out!
  3. Place about 2 tsp of tomato sauce in each.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and add your toppings: sweet corn is delicious as is chorizo - get your little ones involved to come up with new and exciting combos.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Enjoy straight away or place on a wire rack to cool before packing for school!
