How to Freeze:

How to adapt for baby
6m+ - Getting used to new textures:
Always check fish before blended. Using your thumb and finger check for any bones then blend the curry to your desired consistency. Add mashed potato for a little texture or rice for more texture. Freeze curry without the rice.
8m+ - As a textured purée
Again check for any bones then offer fish flaked into the curry with some mashed potato or rice.
