Our Pineapple Hot & Cold pack is so handy for picnics and packed lunches, keeping food either hot or cold.

It can also be used as pain relief or to reduce swelling, simply wrap in a towel before applying to the affected area. 

This hot & cold pack is under 100ml, so you can carry them in your hand luggage when travelling abroad. This is the perfect accessory to go with our Fruit Bowl Cooler Bag!

- Length: 13 cm, Width: 9 cm
- To keep food cold: Freeze for at least 2 hours for a cold pack that will last 2-2.5 hours
- To keep food warm: Microwave for 30 seconds (600W)

Great for keeping food fresh

I got the pineapple design in the large size - i find the size great, fits well in my cooler bag and great for keeping food fresh

A little about us

Hi, I'm Siobhan!

I'm a Mum of two girls with a passion for nutritious, home cooked food. When I started to feed my first daughter Ashleigh, I loved to batch cook her baby food. It frustrated me that it wan't easy to get hold of decent quantity, practical little pots without them costing the earth. I therefore decided to create the best solution for portioning and freezing food.

I set up Mummy Cooks as a way of inspiring, educating and empowering parents to feed their children healthy, home cooked food.
