Nothing beats a deliciously healthy and easy muffin recipe! Lately, I've been loving using my Silicone Muffin Trays to batch cook a variety of muffin recipes during the week. They're a great snack to pop in the freezer and keep fresh for up to 3 months! Perfect for lunchboxes and healthy desserts as well. 

Here are my top 10 muffin recipes for you to give a try next time you feel like something sweet or need a new, yummy snack option.

1. APPLE, BLUEBERRY AND OAT MUFFINS

A great, healthy option for a quick, on-the-go breakfast or afternoon snack.

2. SPINACH AND FETA MUFFINS

Healthy, delicious and super quick to make! I recommend reheating for 20 seconds before eating any leftovers from the fridge.

3. BLUEBERRY AND LEMON MINI MUFFINS

Mini muffins are great for little hands and for lunchbox snacks! Find this recipe on page 233 of my Baby and Family Recipe Book. 

4. APPLE, RHUBARB AND CINNAMON MUFFINS
