If you're a fan of berries you'll love this Very Berry Smoothie. The addition of Greek yoghurt and banana makes this naturally sweet berry packed smoothie not only creamy but filling too!
For this recipe I used frozen berries but fresh summer berries are perfect too.

Ingredients:
1 banana
3 cups mixed frozen berries
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
2 cups milk
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
